These are some of the services we provide:
At Action Prototype we have five Toshiba all electric mold presses which use 50-80% less energy to run and 80% less hydraulic fluid. This reduction of energy consumption and fossil fuel makes us the best choice for Green manufacturing. Also, our new EC20 has a robotic part picker and optical inspection equipment, allowing us to be even more efficient with the highest quality.
We recognize that in these economic times our clients need the best value for their time and money and must reduce their "time to market" as much as possible. Going to several different sources for product development can be time consuming and frustrating. Action Prototype & Urethane Casting can help streamline your prototype production efforts, generate the fastest turn-around times, and control your cost.
With more than 20 years of experience molding ultra high performance resins and building precision tooling, Action Mold knows what it takes to move a project from concept to production. Together with Action Prototype & Urethane Casting you have a partner that can assist in your plastic part design, development, rapid prototype, and production process.
It’s not uncommon for customers to reach the point where they are ready to pursue hard tooling, only to learn that due to undercuts and a lack of draft, that their parts either can't be molded or will require expensive tooling components. Action Prototype & Urethane Casting can save you and your staff valuable redesign time by advising you on the parts ability to be molded from the beginning, thus helping you reach the finish line faster.
