We realize that our customers need to count on us to supply them with fast, accurate prototypes to help them get their projects to market as fast as possible.  To that end we impose very rigorous quality standards on our selves.  We have an ISO compatible quality control system.  A staff well versed in all areas of first article control and inspection.  All of our instrumentation is calibrated annually with documentation maintained.  Our instrumentation includes state of the art inspection equipment such as a Brown and Sharpe Global Status 575 CMM machine, which includes a probe changer.  Micro-vu optical comparator with dro,  a mitutoyo microscope with optical comparator and dro.  We have all necessary gage pin sets, gage block sets, radius gages, and precision hand held measuring tools.
